Default Completely brown willie bear

I just saw a completely brown Willy bear. Does this mean we are going to have a milder winter than last year?

The more brown the more severe winter is supposed to be.

Default Almanac...

From the Farmer's Almanac:

This is the legend: The Woolly Bear caterpillar has 13 distinct segments of either rusty brown or black. The wider the rusty brown sections (or the more brown segments there are), the milder the coming winter will be. The more black there is, the more severe the winter.
