Default Summit Marine?

Has anyone worked with Summit Marine/Summit Property Solutions for dock repairs or new installation?

Not disparaging but do not know them. Do you have a link. Most contractors have lineage where they gained experience

I looked on FB and found nothing local for either name.

Unfortunately, their original advertisement was through a Facebook Winnepesaukee group but it has since been removed. This is their site but not much info there:

https://summit-property-solutions-llc.business.site

They are in “good standing” with the SOS but that doesn’t mean much since the company is newer. Just checking to see if anyone has used these folks in the past for any property services. Thank you.

The Principals of the company are Nicholas Englert and Ryan MacIntosh.

The office address is listed as: 43 Ryder Road, Campton, NH, 03223.

I am not sure what the above poster was reading. From the Secretary of State's website:
Business Status: Not In Good Standing.

The business was formed 11/2/2020. The current status may just be a result of not filing 2020 information.

Summit Property Solutions LLC is in good standing. The Summit Marine Construction LLC is not in good standing.

Got it. The first name in your original post was Summit Marine. That is what I was referring to. The two companies have the same principal and the same address.

I contracted with Ryan almost a year ago to rebuild my breakwater as well as to drive 4 pilings for a lift. I gave them a deposit to cover the permit process. I was assured multiple times by Ryan that my permit was in process. Turned out to not be true. Long story short partners have broken up and Nick tried to take on all of Ryan’s commitments to no avail. He is now ghosting me. I have decided to move in a new direction and am in the process of trying to get my deposit back. So to answer your question don’t work with this outfit.
