Default Lodge at Smith Point Purchased?

I heard a rumor that the Lodge at Smith Point - formerly William Tell, had been bought by a Manchester brewhouse and is to be re-opened as a brewery/ pub. Any confirmation on that?

I don’t know about the rumor but that sure seems like a great idea! I hope it pans out!
