What Happened to Extreme Marine?

Went by Extreme Marine in Moultonbough this weekend and there was a closed sign. All of their inventory was gone. Looks like they have gone out of business.

One of the partners left in Dec and the partner that was left brought in his brother and a new managment team and they were doing things that were not ethical and I heard they ran it into the ground.
