Default Steele Hill Timeshare

We purchased timeshare at Steele Hill Resorts in Sanbornton, NH. Although our purchase gives us 52,000 points every other year to be used any where in the world that has RCI resorts. Transfer fee is $200 bucks.
Play up there all winter long in their 2 pools/Resturant,sliding hills/cross country skiing trails, etc for a mere 200 dollars. Maintence Fee's per year is about $400. And Maintence Fee's are due on Jan 1st. We will absorb that cost. Someone could get a Timeshare with full membership to all of Steele Hills property for $200 for the 1st year.

Hmm, this post is suspiciously similar to a June post (closed thread): https://www.winnipesaukee.com/forums...ight=timeshare

It sounds like an acceptable deal for someone wanting to get out of a timeshare. We have a Windrifter time share in Wolfeboro for the same reason and we got a really good price like this too. I didn't realize Steele Hill had a golf course. If you live on that side of Winni. They'd likely have to meet at Steele Hill to enact the transaction. Never send money to somebody you don't know. The view up there is amazing.

Default Steele Hill Amenities.

We were approach by another couple giving us the same opportunity. I thought it would be nice to have when the grandkids are up. Plus the fact an extra bedroom for overflow. Happens when the family gets bigger.
I think the Steele Hill property in Laconia 'Summit' and Center Harbor "Center Harbor Inn" is also included. The Laconia property has a nice pool.
Just the transfer fee was ask. No taxes or maintenance fees.

Sorry it's not a Bad evil thing that you were hoping for bearguy, But we do hope you and your family have a very Merry Christmas.
The "nice" in your original post has been erased, here.
Your offer had a good ring to it, and Bear Guy had a legitimate response.

You may very well have offended the customer base you are trying to attract!

Good luck!
