They would be way too long for me. I'm only 5'8", I'd have to have them all cut down.

I’m going to meet a prospective, cash buyer on Saturday and have 2 others in line waiting. I believe these will be gone by week’s end.

Hopefully they don't bail and waste your time. I'm always first come, first served these days.

I agree.

You want it? Come get it before someone else does. No holding it and hoping you actually come and buy it.

I know...my wife was saying the same thing. I pressured him to “hasten” his respond “to meet” with a time and place or I would default to the next guy.
I guess it is an “honor” thing on my part that this guy inquired first.
I’m certainly in no hurry and positive that these will be sold very soon.
I have had good luck with people for the most part so I am Somewhat certain he will be honorable as well. I’m treating the “meeting” as going out for breakfast...come what will.

LOL...come to find out I was dealing with a teenage boy on Marketplace...thus, the slow and abrupt responses and Of course, you don't know that until meeting face to face. His dad accompanied him and he bought my clubs and he was excited to get them!

So...
You said you weren't all that great at golf-
Does that mean there are plenty of "good" shots left on those clubs?
Glad they sold (quickly) to an up-and-coming frustrated person!

No, I wasn’t all that good at golf...kind of a swing and hope for the best deal.
I do have to say close to the green, I was average or better at getting the ball onto the green but all those pesky drives with worm burners, hooks, slices and forays into the poison ivy, not to mention the 2nd, 3rd, 4th, 5th shots that could end up anywhere but the green... other than that I was okay!

It's not much of a "sport"—it's a "game"...
