Default Snowmobile mechanic

Hi could someone recommend recommend a good snowmobile company. In the Alton Bay area. I am new to the area and need to have my sleds serviced. Dasila Motorsports? HK Powersports?
Thanks

Either two you mentioned have their following and both are reputable.

Irwin Marine has a shop in Alton and they sell/service snowmobiles. I know they are a skidoo dealer not sure what else they sell or will work on.

Never used them so I can't say if they are good or bad but throwing it out there as an option close by to you. I think their snowmobiling stuff is primarily out of the shop on 28A near the top of the hill.

I love Irwin marine but have only used them for the boat. I just had my sleds serviced at HK last week and they did a great job. They even found some in warranty work that if not found would have left me dead on the trails and out of warranty by then. Didn’t cost me anything. The only criticism I have is they aren’t very warm and fuzzy to deal with but guess I shouldn’t be expecting this from a toy shop.

Back in the "Day",

Everyone coming up on a Friday Night, from Mass. it was the place to stop at to find out what was going on, get that spare Belt, a couple of quarts of oil and maybe a spare Plug. Remember "ANDY"?

There was only one building back then.

There was another group that preferred to stop at the HOOKSET Store.

Things were so much simpler back then!
