Hi
Looking for a recommendation for a realtor in the Lakes Region.
We will soon be putting our much loved lake house on the market located in Moultonboro. Interested in working with realtors who would be agreeable to negotiating their fees.

Would not list any other way. KW in Meredith seems to be getting new listings. Have used Remax a few times myself but they may not deal

I have use Kara Chase for several real estate transactions. She is the Managing Partner at Keller Williams, Laconia and has been excellent, knowledgeable, and easy to work with. She grew up in this area.
