I don't know where to get it served but we have some in the refrig that I made yesterday, fair to middling.

One large onion diced
Two jalapeno peppers fine diced
½ sweet red pepper diced
Four cloves garlic
One lb ground beef
Two 40.5 oz cans dark red kidney beans
One 28 oz can crushed tomatoes
¼ cup chili powder
3/4 tsp cumin
½ tsp (or more) cayenne pepper
some red hot sauce if you like

Windows open at night

Default Dos Amigos

It's not exactly in the lakes region, but Dos Amigos has great chili. They have locations in Concord, Dover and Portsmouth.
