Rental Management

I live out of state and have a lakefront cottage that Ipurchased last fall thast I would like to rent out in the summer. I need to find a company to handle the rental and inspection etc. Can someone recommend a company or individual that is in this line of business, that covers the Wolfboro area?

You could try one of the real estate companies in the area, maybe even the one you used to buy the cottage. If they don't do it they will know someone who will.

Last year we began renting out our place for the summer for the first time and I wasn't all that happy with the contracts I saw from the RE firms so I ended up renting it out myself (problem is I work weekends and can't be there to meet and greet) so a neighbor recommended a woman who goes in after renters leave, gives the place the once over and makes sure nothing is damaged then gives me a call.
