It's a Balloon!
MaryS,
It is a gas filled balloon tethered to the ground by a cable. It is used for getting folks up in the air to see the great view. Cost is about $20 per adult, with kids at a lower price. It has been there all season. I first saw it during Bike Week. Those I know that have gone on it tell me it is a great experience. R2B |
