Default Busy Corner + Emersons Store

does anyone know if Busy Corner and Emersons store were the one and same. I am confused by the dates and roof structure?

Emerson's store burnt down at some point. It was located further down the hill on the same side as the busy corner store. There's a boat place there now. Someone help me out with the name please!

Now Irwin Marine of Alton Bay. It was previously another boat place but a brain cramp is blocking memory of that name. Anyway the building is of resent vintage.

In the 60’s it was McGrath’s Store. Then it was Gillan Marine.

No. They were not both in the corner. I remember both stores quite well. McGrath’s was next door to Busy Corner. It was destroyed in a fire in the early 70’s and was rebuilt a little further down. The new McGrath’s did not survive for more than a couple of years or so. Then Gillian Marine went in. It is now Irwin Marine.
