retired and moving up to the lake
I have been going up to the lake with my family since i was a kid in the 1950's. We spent many a vacation at Sandy Point Beach and the Annastacia family's cottages (anyone remember?) on 11D in Alton Bay. My dream was always to move up permanently. Its taken over 50 years but hopefully it will soon be a reality.
I don't have a lot of money but would love to find something right on the lake....i'm thinking of a house rental or townhouse...can anyone recommend a good contact, a realtor etc that could be helpful? also if anyone out there is familiar with the Samoset townhouses in Gilford; do they know if any of them are available for year round rental? anyway i am looking forward to moving ahead with my plans to move to the beautiful and still unspoiled lake Winnipesaukee! |

Head farther north to Pittsburg, where there are many lakes and the Connecticut River, and of course the Canadian Border.
I know many who have second homes there, and several who even plan year round retirement living there! |

Try Curry realtors in Alton Bay. 603-875-6600 been in business for a long time.
They deal with rentals/water front properties to purchase or rent. |
