Default Paugus Bay Development

Does anyone know who is developing the hill across from the entrance to "Stonecrest' condo's. Lots of land cleared up there. I posted the question a few months back but no one knew any details. The elevation of that area would give some great views down Paugus Bay and out towards the Weirs Channel.

Default Brady Sullivan

If it is the land I think you are referring to Brady Sullivan wants to build "Langley Cove"

It will be a 291 unit condominium development with the secondary access through the Paugus Woods Development off White Oaks Road.
