More military planes
Not sure what they are but there were 4 flying across the Broads just now. Pretty quiet for big planes too, going fairly slow

C-130J models out of Quonset, RI most likely. Most likely only because I couldn’t see the tail flash as they flew directly over my house. The 143rd is the closest C-130 squadron closest to Winni geographically.

Saw them
I thought it was a really loud boat at first then 3 of the flew directly over our house in Meredith, very low. It was very impressive to see

Two flew over Center Harobr this afternoon. and now we had three more fly the saem route. We haev seen these planes all summer long and they always fly the same route and altitude. Any idea where they are heading??? anyone track them on the Flightaware sites? Could they be on final approach to VT Winoski ?? Seems strange we see the same type aircraft all the time.

No big deal…it’s just the government spying on us.

I heard the fighter jets maneuvering today.
There's a rumor going around that says they are deploying extreme measures to reduce the rock bass population in the lake. |

Know someone that works at Pease and said a few fighter jets from "another country" flew in today for a bit and will be around for a few days.
He wasn't certain of the country but said he thought he heard Italy. I have no idea, but he did have pics of them. |

They usually fly over Alton Bay right when I'm taking my nap. I jump out of my skin. |

Saw these two flying over my house. Always interesting to look at flight info and look at the route they've taken during the training runs. As is often the case, some interesting patterns while over Mount Washington Valley area.

Low Flying Aircraft
When I lived up in Plymouth many years ago it was quite common to see military aircraft flying low along the Baker River Valley. I lived just off of Fairgrounds Road so they often flew right over my house as it was withing MOA Yankee 2.
It was mostly A-10's and C-130's though I did see F-16's and F15's on a couple of occasions. (The F15's were likely from Otis down on Cape Cod and the F-16's from Burlington.) |
