Talking New Member of Our Family

Last Tuesday we added another Cairn Terrier to our family.

She was born on August 25th.

Mac has been an only dog for the past ten years and is really coming along with accepting his new friend.
I've seen more of him lately since... the lake! (He sleeps a lot at home. )

We went back and forth on her name. Kenzie was tried for a few days, but just didn't seem right.

Kayla, our oldest son's girlfriend, reminded me that I had really liked the name Bailey for a tan colored dog. Her parents were wheaton colored.
She also reminded me of the good family times we've had over in Wolfeboro at Bailey's Bubble.
The lake connection cemented it for us! Her full name will be Bailey's Bubble. We call her Bailey.

I sure am looking forward to next year at the lake. A kayak ride with my two little buddies should be quite fun!

If I had a tail, it would be wagging! I'm insanely happy with our little Bailey!

Thanks everyone for the well wishes!

No, I really meant the puppy in the video. To use a bad word, I assumed it was understood.

Looks like that avatar will need to be updated with 2 terriers riding shotgun.

I certainly enjoyed your video R.G. What a hoot to watch little Bailey chasing the robot vacuum around. She is a class act. I know you will get hours of entertainment watching her antics. Puppies and kittens are the dearest things alive and their playfulness is more fun to watch than anything on TV. Pets can bring so much joy into a home and I feel sorry for people who don’t like animals, as they miss out on so much. I can’t imagine my childhood without pets to love and care for.
