Will Sawyer's Open in 06?
Has anyone heard if Sawyer's will resume operations in the Spring of 2006? I sure hope so...

I drove by there yesterday and noticed a few trucks and people doing some clean up. The for-sale sign was also moved front the front of the property to the side (and back). Looked to me like signs of re-opening. It's still in MLS. Price recently reduced from $1.75M to $1.6M. That's a lot of (fried) clams

Let's Hope Sawyer's Opens
Paugus Bay Resident...
That's a good sign - let's hope that they do open. I've been going there since I was a kid...some forty years. The place hasn't changed much. Tank |

They'll be open this year. I have a friend that has worked there for years and she's been told she has a job there for the 2006 season.

Open and Thriving!
Went by Sawyer's about 6:30 today, on the way home from the lake, so I would say YUP! they're open! (was there a mini forum-fest going on there? lol)

Oh Yeah, they're open
and according to the wife, the frozen pudding icecream is still the best ever.
And the chocolate wasn't half bad either .
