Default Slip cable

I noticed a slip either g offered on the lake that comes with water electric and cable.

Why cable? Can you live on your boat in its slip?

Just curious.

Default "And the livin' is easy"

There are many marinas where you can live aboard. Spinnaker Cove and Mountain View, Gilford, as well as Fay's and Silver Sands, etc., etc.
