Laconia & Tilton Trails
I rode up and took a look at the trails today:
Trails along the rail bed are highly variable. There are quite a few spots where the rails are completely exposed and there is a little snirt in between. A few areas have complete coverage. Bumpy & hazardous riding at best. The Prison Loop and South Down trails have a number of bare spots especially in areas exposed to the sun or near pavement. Coverage is generally variable. They are predicting about 2 inches of snow this weekend. But, personally, I would not ride these trails...seems like the warm weather this week pretty much ended the season. Jetskier |
