what's this all about??
Just now, we saw two boats out near Spectacle Island carefully nosing around a rocky area. The double-deck pontoon boat had some kind of camera rig on the bow that could be rotated through 360 degrees. They also had a drone up for a while. See photo below. Anyone know what's going on out there??
