Arcadia Campground Site/Trailer
Hi. My father is no longer able to use his camp at Arcadia, so we will be selling. $79k. 150' from beach, close to playground. PM for more details.

How do the docks work there? Is there a lottery system or seniority or just day use? Thanks!

Docks are owned as part of a separate association. There is usually one for sale, with prices varying based on depth, location, etc.

Also, there are beach poles to pull boats up to the beach. 20' max, that's a wait list (though I don't think there's anyone currently on the list).
