Lake-Related Pet Names
Any of you have lake-related names for your pets? If so, care to share yours? Been struggling for a few weeks to name a pair of male kittens.

Wolf and Winter. If it were me, I'd go as local as possible, so it'd be Hanson and Lee.

Haha. Not yet. We've been calling them "Fat Head" and "Skinny Head" for the time being. Sent from my iPhone using Winnipesaukee Forum mobile app |

Previous Golden Retriever
Our former golden retriever was named Abenaki (as in the Abenaki Tower in Melvin Village).
Our current golden is name Yahtzee after our family's absolute favorite evening lake activity. |

Sorry to go a little off topic but meet Finn left 16 months and Sawyer 10 months. (Since I'm technology challenged I hope I uploaded the pics.)

I love photos of animals. I've had 2 mini schnauzers who vacationed on the
big lake and now my 3rd goes w/ us to Winnisquam. The "photo of the nameless" is priceless. Not sure if fathead is the one who's asleep? |

LFOD - We really liked your suggestion. However, the boys finally have names. "Charlie" & "Dean". Charlie was a complete re-name (he was originally "Ravi") and we shortened "Dean Winchester". However, there's a little more to the story. A little over a week ago, our vet reached out to us to see if we'd consider taking a small kitten that was found on the side of the road and brought to her practice - a little female. We named her "Sophie". Thank you for the suggestion. Sent from my iPhone using Winnipesaukee Forum mobile app |
