Looking For A Caterer
Looking for recommendations. I am planning an event for my deceased mother in August and will need a caterer.

Another thread
There was another thread that covered this.
Common Man will be catering our reunion this summer. Maine Lobster Fest. Magic Foods will be doing the Pig roast for another get together. Both will take care of everything! We just have to make sure there is a spot to have the catering!

Contigiani's Catering in Laconia
Can't beat them for their food, service, portions, and elegance. Island service too!

Caterer
We used Curt's Catering last September and could not have been happier: The food was great, the people working it even better. The entire experience was great.

Platters Etc for Entertaining
For a post-funeral gathering, we recently ordered two large platters of (1) deli meats and cheese; ands (2) vegetables and dip- both from Fiddleheads in Alton. They were great and came with more rolls and condiments than we could possibly use. I do not know if they do formal catering but you might want to give them a call. They will also do steamed lobster orders.
We supplemented the Fiddleheads platters with outrageously good choc chip cookies, brownies, & frozen cheesecake bites dipped in chocolate from BJ's in Tilton. Also got all the other stuff (plates, napkins, plastic forks, serving bowls, etc.) at BJ's. Only place to get good fresh bagels (if you are into them) is Einstein's in Concord. |

Another vote for Curt's Catering. Very professional and most importantly their food is outstanding. For desert they make a carrot cake that is the best I have ever had.
