I'm always suspicious when someone goes over the top in posting a negative review. Many times they can be traced to a disgruntled former employee or even friend and family of a competitor. Often, a ligitimate complaint on this forum is an owner's first clue that there is a problem and that information can be helpful in solving it, but to trash someone because you have an agenda is pretty low.
