Maybe Nadia's Trattoria could get an el cheapo, off-season, winter-time lease in the Coe House in Center Harbor, and put that terrific location and beautifull building to work. It's a working restaurant and it is now closed till spring, some time. Hey, how's this sound? A nice Italian high-quality ristorante in the main level, and downstairs in the lounge, a pizza-sub, beer-by-the pitcher spot called NADIA's Downstairs. Do people like pizza and beer in the winter? Better than a closed, locked up building!

That will be 4% of the lease for this suggestion...thankyou!

....from a restaurant to a ristorante...excellent Italian food...at prices that are a lot LESS than $150./two.

So, what the heck good is a restaurant with polished brass, walnut, & antique period furniture if it doesn't get enuf draw to keep its' doors open all year?

Right now, the Coe House is basically a white elephant, and a Nadia's could change it into a green, black, & orange donkey, or something!

Centre Harbor could be a totally Italian type of a place........capiche!
