Sorry, I forgot to say the restaurant was in Gilford. Maybe that is Rte. 11A or B. It is across the street from Gilford Marina. Also what happen to Gretchens in Gilford?

Time flys...

The Gilford Marina has been the Mountain View Yacht Club for some time and the eatery of which you reference was the Cherrystone, if memory serves me correctly.

I believe that restaurant was Cherrystones, and went out of business a few years ago.

Gretchens went out of business, and Townsend Tavern opened in the same location. They have since closed, and it is now the Lyon's Den. They are still open (Wed - Sun, lunch and dinner.).
