Camp guy…I got a tour of Makers Mill on Back Bay… they do have the ability to repair and work on electronics. They also have a “fix it “day once a month, as I recall. I believe it is free, or you can donate what you think is an appropriate fee. They have experts in various areas, plus a fair bit of DIY stuff. It is a very impressive facility. I assume you are a WBoro resident. Give them a call.
