Question tubing at night?

ApS asks "OK to go tubing in the dark if my navigation lights are on?"

This Coast Guard information table, Water Skiing Table 4.1, shows water skiing in New Hampshire is prohibited after sunset and before sunrise. The chart shows this is the rule in every state except for Alaska, Mississippi, and the unincorporated territory of Puerto Rico.

So, what about tubing? Does the same rule apply and prohibit tubing at night here in New Hampshire same as for water skiing? Anyone know?
