Thanks for all the feedback and pics of everyone’s experiences! found the following site that lets you simulate what the eclipse would have looked at based on your location. https://eclipse2024.org/eclipse_cities/statemap.php (Wish I had thought to google for a tool like this ahead of the eclipse!)
I put in “Meredith, NH” and the simulation shows both the sun and moon setting at the same time, offering a super accurate depiction of what I observed from my location.
