Drywall or a drop ceiling?

We just used John C. Pratte Co. out of Rochester to do a drop ceiling in a 12x12' room in our lower level for us. I called one afternoon, they showed up at 7:30am the next day and completed it. Pure luck probably.

They have been around for years. Looks great.
