A clear shot to Welch for ya Dan! ps... my birthday's in August if you want to start planning now! It's a big one... the candle power on my cake would probably bring out the " Lake Jake" !

The band of open water from Belknap Point Rd out to Welch is pretty large. It starts north of Broadview and south almost to Ellacoya.

Dan could probably kayak to his house.

From the east side of Welch it’s open across to Long Island.
