Boat Launch in Long Island/Moultonborough

In past seasons, I have used the boat ramp near Libby's Museum to launch a 21' Boston Whaler. I would like to find a launch a bit closer to our cabin. Some potential options include Center Harbor ramp, public ramp near Harilla's, or the ramp near the beach on Long Island.

I'd appreciate any thoughts on your experience with those ramps in terms of ease of use, condition of ramp, etc. Alternatively, I'd certainly appreciate any suggestions for other ramps in that area.
