Supposedly there is a deal in place but buyer doesn’t want to close until the fall. Got this from association board member.

surprised no one has ever used that parking lot for a farmers market, traveling BBQ or some other kind of food truck or coffee cart. Seems like there is plenty of traffic for a hit and run business during the season.

I heard the first deal fell through. There was a second looker last week. Rumors only.

Property is still listed for sale online. Presumably, the listing would come down immediately on an offer and acceptance. So I'm going out on a limb to say talk of a sale is just talk
