350 sq ft waterfront camp in LSP is selling for 350k and you don’t own the land so I’d think the price to own waterfront land is very pricey.

Pretty much any lot that is considered buildable on the islands starts at $250,000.00 and goes up from there. The mainland would be even higher...

Much of the waterfront in Moultonborough is conservation land and is not buildable. Do your research before you buy.
