But Major, that's what friends are for... and we are all friends on this forum... or should be.

And you're right, he and his son are great. He even saved me a service call. I had an outlet that had crapped out on one plug, with the other plug ok. had me switch plugs to make sure that the appliances were ok. Only 5 minutes on the phone with him, problem diagnosed, and I replaced the plug.
