Well wouldn't you just stand outside and have one? Sad the grip cigarettes have on people. Recently lost a close friend to COPD not pretty. Non smokers can get it but probably 9 times out of 10 it's brought on by smoking (only guessing though!)

I though maybe his house was cold and he warmed up in his truck. I see him in it a lot when he is not smoking.

Now-a-days I'd be careful offering people money to ask. "Mr. Truck" may just carry a weapon! Wouldn't want that on my mind...

He should take up ice fishing ..... simply drive the truck out onto solidly frozen, 19 Mile Bay and light one up ..... maybe switch to a high quality, expensive cigar, just for that special ice fishing experience .... away from the house .... the fish probably won't mind?

That's true, but at least it's humorous for a change. It is very curious because this guy is ALWAYS sitting in his truck. And if you talk to somebody about it who goes by there a lot, they ALL know who you are talking about. You can hardly miss it.

We saw people with masks on cleaning it out. There were bags and bags of trash piled outside.
