At the time you mentioned-16:49-it does look like a tug. However it's hard to see clearly but I'm hard pressed to believe it is the same one, simply because the one in the clip appears much bigger.

What it does look like is the massive tug Moultonboro, formerly known I believe as the Center Harbor. That vessel was legendary for her power and sheer size.
