New boat on the lake

Asking about the "practicality" of this boat is like asking about the "practicality" of a Ferrari! Its not in any way shape or form "practical". It can however go from Point A to Point B fairly quickly and safely with a bunch of people on board having a blast!

I just want to know why he went Merc instead of Seven Marine?? You see A LOT of Seven Marine OB's on the high end Poker Runners like the one above!

Probably the cost believe it or not. Seven Marine 627 HP outboards run almost $100,000.00 each!! The Mercury's are probably less than $25,000.00 each.

I have a good friend who Captains a 42' Intrepid with quad Seven Marine 627 HP engines,... On the ocean of course! It's a fantastic boat! I would love to have one!

It has quad 400's. A picture of it was posted on facebook. It was spotted at the margate today.

Now that Volvo bought Seven Marine your buddy can look forward to poor service and lack of parts for those quads
