Weirs Beach Project Ribbon Cutting

From the pictures and comments, it looks like the Weirs is finally on the right track. It may take a bit, but word of mouth will bring old friends back and entice new visitors. I've only seen one comment has caused me any second thoughts: "the meters are gone and will be replaced by kiosks".

Can anyone elaborate on this? We have such a thing here in Columbus (specifically, on the OSU campus). If the Weirs is using the OSU model... well, I will withhold comment until someone explains how the "parking kiosks" will work.
