Can anyone give me a ball park price ?
Going to be needing a 8x12 storage shed

For the sheds that Eased Edges sells, there is a link to the web site in post #4. Pick a style and size for a cost estimated of a delivered shed. A basic 8x12 A-frame shed is $2,952 delivered and leveled.

A lot of them you can price out right on the website. It depends how many things you want on it, what you want it sided with etc. Check out some of the sites mentioned in this thread and you should get a basic ballpark price.

If price is a concern, I would look at some of the big box stores. The pricing seems much lower and on my latest visit to HD, the price included delivery and installation.

Home Depot used to use (may still use) Sheds USA. I was researching a shed earlier this year and was put off by some pretty bad reviews of the company (based in Portsmouth).

I was going to go with Reeds Ferry, but I ended up having one custom built. I went with a 12x24 (more like a garage) and it cost me about $11k.
