Weirs vacant lot?

The Weirs could use a nice hotel with a venue like Topelo Music Hall in Londonderry but on a larger scale. It would give year round life to the Weirs. http://www.tupelohalllondonderry.com.

A great wolf lodge would be perfect there and start the sustainability of year round business in the Weirs. A nice family oriented hotel with an indoor water park
