Default Inexpensive Chartplotter/GPS Only

Hi!
We have a friend who is experiencing some health issues but can still get on the lake. Without a GPS, however, they don't like going much out of Moultonborough Bay. What are the least expensive ways to get GPS, including map costs? No transducer functions necessary (fish finder, water temp, depth, etc.) so easy install.

Thanks!
