Well...she called a window cleaning service and he basically, blew her off by saying it wasn't worth his time...the stated information tells me not to call this business for window cleaning...simple enough.

That's the thing, we have no idea if he blew her off--that's what she's inferring. I've been in situations just like this designing and installing home theater systems, and I'd hate for someone to blast me on a forum because I was busy and that the services I offered might not be what they're looking for.
