Yes and no, they schedule test all over the state for online participants. Took my final in Nashua.

When I took the online practice tests in Rhode Island..those tests were anonymous. They were just tests intended to make you more proficient in answering the questions on the Proctored tests.
BTW: The Certificate I received in RI was the same Certificate required in NH: "National Association of State Boating Law Administrators." (NASBLA) For those not familiar with the term Proctored. That is a college term for exams, ..where someone is wandering around during the exam looking over your shoulder making sure you are not cheating. NBPS: In Rhode Island, schooling yourself...and then taking the "Proctored" exam was called the CHALLENGE EXAM. The exam was scheduled every two weeks throughout the summer. Upon successful passing of the exam...you receive a Certificate of Completion of the course, and passing the exam. This is NOT a License.. Last edited by NoBozo; 05-30-2016 at 08:19 PM. |
