Yes. They can fit 2-3 boats at the dock reserved for restaurant customers. I could tell business wasn't good this year as there were only a handful of times when there was a wait for docking. When the Damons ran the restaurant they had a dock valet & they would even provide a van to transport boaters to & from the public docks if the SP docks were full.

We were on our annual visit by boat and had no problem getting one of the docks

No, Sumr, Nolans is more Italian. Their pizza is very popular. I can't imagine they will have the same menu at Sandy Point, but maybe they will-----????

One thing I do know is that it is, in my opinion, foolhardy for a landlord to dictate menu items to a successful restauranteur. You can either dream about days of yore or get a rent check every month (esp. For more than one season). I for one will be supporting their efforts regardless of the menu items as we do all our local restaurants. Hats off to Elacoya, JP China, Shibleys, the Moose and Ackerly's, Docksider, Pop's and now Nolans! |
