Need a lift removed

Seems my normal dock guy NorthEast Dock has gone awol and left my lift in the water. I tried Water Mark, but their barge is done at this point. Anyone have any thoughts on who else I can try?

Center Harbor Dock & Pier. They do seasonal waterfront work like that. Then there are a lot of "maintenance" contractors out there who will put the waders or wetsuit on to remove stuff from the water.
