Town water runs from Hannaford and McDonalds at the circle westbound on Rte 11 all the way out to Boat Cove. It goes up Rand Hill Road to the RV park portion of the ABCCC. Funny how perceptions color our views. As a Merrymeeting Lake/New Durham resident, "our turf" starts at the road just after McD's and Hannaford's. Yet the road that continues from there for some distance continues to be Alton until you reach the site of what used to be the Foxy Johnnie Restaurant.
