I am happy to report that Sally Fichet has contacted me. She apologized for the delay and explained the reason. I can appreciate what she is going through and will be patient.

Here is a copy of her e mail. [I][/I]I’m sorry you had to wait for service for your laminated chart. I’ve been alone for a couple of months, but that is no reason you had to delay your order. You are one of the hundred or so users who take Lake Winni very seriously, as I do. You deserve better.
I lost my laminator when I increased the size of the laminated chart. I’m still dealing with other laminators, and I hope to have a final one soon. Meanwhile, you’ll just have to wait a little longer, unfortunately, while I’m tearing my hair out.
