No Tree-Swing at Your Shore?
It's too late to plant a tree that's big enough, so this idea from a lake in Central Florida might solve that for you on Winnipesaukee.
Even better'n a tree... Take one long post of PT yellow pine, bolt it to your dock, a pair of 2x4s with cantilevered braces, add a series of small platforms, secure a knotted rope and you're good-to-go! |

Pretty easily, I would think.
When tying the knots on the rope, tie a steel ring into a knot, and mount a hasp on the pole. Mix the two together, stir in one lock, and bake in the sun all summer.

Padlocked...!

It turns out that the rope-swing is padlocked—something I hadn't expected would be necessary. |

There is one very much like this in Alton Bay along the old RR bed right on the water.
