I had this dish at Burton's Grill. I have to eat gluten free and this is amazing! Sea scallops pan seared with a moderate blend of cajun style
seasonings, served over a creamy parmesan risotto with fresh shrimp, corn, snap peas and a delicate lemon butter sauce. It's a little work but well worth it! |
